Lost City is proud to introduce Silvia at Lost City, a delicious new lunch concept from Comal graduate Silvia Hernandez.

“For my first restaurant, it’s important to me that the menu is representative of who I am and where I have been in my life. Each ingredient has a story behind it, from my mother’s Oaxacan chicken recipe, to the Caribbean Shrimp inspired by my time living in Puerto Vallarta, to Pork al Pastor that’s traditional to Mexico City, where I grew up. Everything is made from scratch and with love.”

Silvia at Lost City offers build-your-own bowls every Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Customers may select a regular or large size bowl, a base of grains or greens, choice of protein, and scratch-made toppings including Calabacitas, Elote, Curtido, beans, and cheeses. A selection of homemade sauces such as Chef Hernandez’s famous Creamy Jalapeño, Pineapple & Arbol Salsa and Chipotle Crema, will top off the bowls. The menu will also feature a rotating daily special, to include Hernandez’s celebrated Mexican comfort foods, like the Birria Torta and Pork Pozole.

Don’t forget about Silvia’s delicious breakfast burritos, sandwiches and french toast, served from 8am to 11:30am.
